The Sharjah Human Resources Directorate began a series of workshops in its induction program to review the variables of the executive regulations for human resources in the Emirate of Sharjah, witnessing a remarkable turnout of specialised targeted employees.
Being held via Microsoft Teams, the workshops target several employees of the departments of support services, administrative affairs, legal and financial affairs, human resources and personnel affairs in the entities, institutions and departments of the government of Sharjah.

The workshops will be moderated by Ibrahim Obaid Al Robari, Head of the Affairs of the Supreme Committee for Human Resources, and Jassem Muhammad Ahmad Buhendi, a legal researcher in the Department of Human Resources Systems in the department, highlighting the most important variables and amendments made to the executive regulations of human resources in the emirate, as well as the most prominent features of the human resources law.

The series of workshops are implemented according to five groups to ensure the inclusiveness of all government employees across various regions in the emirate, contributing in promoting the administrative system awareness.
